§ 1. General Provisions

The data administrator is PORTSOLAR SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with the registered office in ul. Huculska 33, NIP (Tax Id. No.): 5732925160. Data protection is provided in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data are stored on secured servers.

Terms used herein shall be interpreted according to the Glossary of Terms included in the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).

For better understanding of the Privacy Policy the term “User” has been replaced by “you” and the term “Administrator” by “we”. The term “GDPR” denotes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect your right to privacy and are committed to safeguarding of data. For this purpose we use inter alia the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

The personal data provided on the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§ 2. Data Administrator

The Service Provider is the administrator of its customers’ data, which means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data, such as: your name, email address, telephone number, job position, place of work, IP address. The Service Provider is also the administrator of data of persons using our contact form.

Personal data are processed:

  1. in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
  2. according to the Privacy Policy being in place,
  3. within the scope and for the purpose as necessary to enter into and to formulate the contents of an agreement, to amend or terminate the agreement and for proper execution of services provided by electronic means,
  4. within the scope and for the purposes of legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), where the processing of data does not violate fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject:

The Service Provider has the right to give access to the User’s personal and other data to entities authorized thereto by applicable legal provisions (e.g. to prosecutorial authorities).

Personal data can be erased if the consent to data processing has been withdrawn or a legally admissible objection to personal data processing has been lodged.

The Service Provider shall not give access to personal data to any entities other than those authorized thereto by virtue of applicable legal provisions.

We have implemented the pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data, we also have the appropriate access control in place, owing to which we minimize consequences of any breach of data security.

Personal data are processed solely by persons authorized by us or by data processors we have a close cooperation with.

§ 3. Cookies

www.portsolar.pl website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files sent from the web server and stored in the computer’s browser software.
